1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of shipping and logistics services provided by Swift Crest Logistics. By engaging our services, customers agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

2. Service Scope

Swift Crest Logistics offers domestic and international shipping, warehousing, and delivery solutions. All services are subject to availability and operational limitations.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete shipping information.

• Ensure proper packaging of goods unless otherwise arranged.

• Pay all applicable fees, duties, and taxes.

4. Liability

Swift Crest Logistics exercises reasonable care in handling shipments but is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, or third-party carriers. Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value and subject to proper documentation.

5. Delivery and Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Swift Crest Logistics is not responsible for delays beyond its control, including customs clearance or unforeseen disruptions.

6. Claims

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery date. Supporting documentation is required for processing.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return shipments are subject to approval and may incur additional fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable once services are rendered.

8. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Processing fees goes towards the clearing and processing of your package.

The cost is 150 per package count.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

Swift Crest Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
